Key Responsibilities

  • Picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners
  • Packing orders securely with appropriate packaging materials
  • Labelling, barcode scanning and verifying order accuracy
  • Maintaining daily pick count and productivity targets
  • Reporting stock discrepancies and damaged goods
  • Keeping work area clean and organised per 5S standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic literacy and numerical ability
  • Experience with handheld RF scanners (preferred)
  • Good attention to detail for order accuracy
  • Ability to meet pick-rate targets (speed and accuracy)
  • Physical fitness for standing and walking in shifts
  • Team player with discipline and punctuality
